The UK Is Begging Migrants Not to Abuse Children

The United Kingdom’s Home Office, responsible for immigration services, is promoting a guide that explains to immigrants that sex with minors and domestic abuse are wrong.
“You must never physically hurt a child, throw out, shout at, or threaten a child, or have sex or sexual contact with a child under 16,” the guide explains.
Does the UK Home Office actually believe child rapists and abusers will read to the guide?
“ That they have to explain this to people is  bonkers.”
