Hustle culture got dragged so hard that we forgot one thing: it creates reps.

There were seasons of my life where long days, seven day weeks, and saying yes to almost everything gave me the experience I needed to build businesses, learn faster, and become more capable.
That season served a purpose.
The question I ask now is whether the pace still matches the goal.
Early on, hustle can build the skills, capital, relationships, and momentum you’re missing. Later, the challenge becomes turning all of that effort into systems, teams, and leverage.
I’m grateful for the years I hustled hard.
I’m also grateful I built enough from them to eventually operate differently.
